OP-HV-1000PC (Micro Hardness Tester with Measurement Software)

OP-MV-1000PC not only has the common Visual hardness calculation and measurement of all microscope functions, paired with MV-200S measuring software. Operator visual optical reading of the measurement error is eliminated, effectively guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the Vickers hardness test results, reduces operator work intensity, improves the efficiency of measurement.
It adopts die-cast body, stability is much higher than in the mechanical performance of sheet metal welding machines;
It is equipped with 10X and 40X HD lens and HD USB camera, the instrument measured images in optical imaging system and video of great quality;
Powerful OP-MV-200S can convert test results into Brinell Rockwell hardness hard HBW and Rockwell hardness HRC, HRA, HRB. Gradient curves of hardness value can also be generated.
Output measurement reports in WORD format.
